Usagi Set to Slam Taiwan and China

Tropical Storm Usagi will be the next tropical system to impact Taiwan, although the impacts from storm are not expected until Friday night at the earliest. Usagi will strengthen as it tracks off west-northwest during the next several days and is expected to become a typhoon during this time.
