Under the wide breadth of these heavens
This rebel corner the past
Come redeem the most shameful labéus!
It is a hymn of glory to speak
Hope and a new future!
With visions of triumphs pack
Who fighting for it arise!
Freedom! Freedom!
Spreads its wings over us!
The struggles in the storm
Gives us to hear your voice!

We do not believe that once slaves
Has been in such noble country ...
Today the red glimmer of dawn
Think brothers, not hostile tyrants.
We're all the same! The future
Know, together, lead
Our august banner that pure,
Shines, triumphantly, at the altar of the Fatherland!
Freedom! Freedom!
Spreads its wings over us!
The struggles in the storm
Gives us to hear your voice!

If it is necessary that the mighty breasts
There is blood in our banner,
Living blood of the hero Tiradentes
He named this daring pavilion!
Messengers of peace, we want peace,
We love our strength and power
But the war in trances supreme
Heis to see us fight and win!
Freedom! Freedom!
Spreads its wings over us!
The struggles in the storm
Gives us to hear your voice!

Ipiranga is necessary that the cry
Is a superb cry of faith!
The Brazil emerged already released,
On the foot of royal purple.
Come, then, Brazilian forward!
Green laurels reap louçãos!
Be our triumphant country
Free land free brothers!
Freedom! Freedom!
Spreads its wings over us!
The struggles in the storm
Gives us to hear your voice!

deficit prison
The second area of cooperation between the powers, advocated by President Dilma, was to reduce the deficit prison and social reintegration of the prisoner. She pointed out that Brazil has a rapidly growing prison population of 7% per year, while other countries are reducing this figure and what it takes to have structure to address this problem.

"We have now a prison population of more than 600,000 prisoners for a total of more than 376,000 jobs, amounting to a deficit of just over 231,000 of overcrowding in prisons. Also, it is important to note that 41% of this total is temporary prisoners and that there are other more 460 000 arrest warrants not met," she said.

If added together, these data show a situation that would require double the Brazilian prison system to meet the demand. "There also propose cooperation," she said.
