Disorders. The hailstorm started at center. Hundreds of people took advantage of the 10 presentations. Cultural Turn of São Paulo had to rush out to the marquees in an attempt to protect themselves from frost and strong wind. Some shows, such as Valesca Popozuda and singer Sky, were canceled.
On the 9th of July Avenue, next to the Flag Square, also in the central region, a point of flooding closed the track towards the neighborhood for about 50 minutes.
